YPN Fundraising: Volunteers Needed for Washington Redskins Game

The Northern Virginia Urban League Young Professionals Network (YPN) is looking for volunteers to help us raise funds to support our iniatives, programs and events.  Our initiatives, programs and events include: gift giving circle/college scholarships, College Survival 101, Backpack Drive, Unlocking Literacy, #BlackHIstory365, YPN BUsiness Directory, Political Forum, #FeedHungryFamilies: Fighting Food Insecurity, YP Fit, THRIVE! Mentoring Program, YPN Life University, BLack Opal Awards Gala and Social Programs.  Fundraising is a critical component to YPN's success and community impact.  We have a unique opportunity to fundraise while having some fun attending concerts and sporting events.  These events are a great way to support our great organization and will allow us to continue our community support.

YPN is looking for at least 10 volunteers to work at a Washington Redskin football game to help raise funds for YPN’s programs, initiatives and events.        

**Volunteers may work at security check points to check attendees as they enter the stadiums, crowd attendants or information inside stadium.        

Event location/Time:
Redskins vs. Packers (Saturday, August 19)—report time 3:30pm until end of event
