Victoria R. Clark, Esq., President  Email

Victoria is the Managing Attorney of Clark Law, PLLC, where she represents individuals, businesses, and nonprofit organizations in a variety of matters. In addition to her love of practicing law, Victoria is active in the community, and is passionate about the economic empowerment of African Americans and issues within the criminal justice system. In addition to the Northern Virginia Urban League, her service includes:

Cornell Black Lawyers’ Alumni Network (CBLAN) (Co-Chair, Mid-Atlantic Region, 2018)
National Coalition of 100 Black Women, Metropolitan Washington, DC Chapter (Membership Chair, 2017)
National Bar Association, Economic Empowerment Committee (Vice Chair, 2016 - Present)
National Bar Association, Women’s Law Division, Greater Washington Area Chapter (GWAC)(Chair, Judicial and Executive Appointments Committee, 2017 - Present)
Washington Bar Association, Young Lawyers’ Division (Committee on Legislative Affairs, 2018; Secretary, 2015 - 2016)
Victoria earned her BA in Philosophy, magna cum laude, from North Carolina State University, graduating in three years, and studying abroad in Spain. She earned her Juris Doctor from Cornell Law School, and again studied abroad in Spain. Victoria frequently speaks and presents training and seminars for community organizations and universities, speaking on relevant topics such as t. Victoria is fluent in Spanish and currently studies French and Arabic. She enjoys cooking and baking, and has a song lyric for every occasion.

Danielle Armstrong, Vice President  Email

Danielle Armstrong is a graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University where she received a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology; she also minored in Sociology; & Nonprofit Management and Administration. She has been involved with YPN since 2016 and in 2017 become the Director of Membership, in November 2017 she became the Vice President for YPN. She is committed to serving the Northern Virginia community, as well as improving of African Americans.
